Beetroot and sour cherry muffins


These muffins have become the favourite muffins to our little boy and for us too. He likes it for the taste of sweet and sour, I like it that do not contain sugar and my husband likes because it's something new. The recipe is simple and all you need is...

Ingredients: - 200 g beetroot - 50 g walnuts - 200 g sour cherry - 2 eggs - 110 g flour - 2 bananas ripe and mashed (or 125 g sugar, maple syrup, agave syrup. You can't use honey, because it becomes toxic at high temperatures) - 55 ml oil - 7 g baking powder Wash well the beetroot and put it in a baking pan, bake in the oven for about 45 minutes. After it was baked, let it cool and then peel it. In a food procesor put the walnuts and beetroot, mix until becomes a thicker paste. Separately in a bowl add the eggs, the mashed bananas, the oil and mix until it's all homogenized. Gradually add flour with baking powder, mix well until smooth. Now, add the beetroot and walnuts paste, in the composition and slowly mix. When it started to color the dough add sour cherries and mix smoothly. Pour the dough into each muffin form and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Aceste briose au devenit preferatele a baietelului nostru si ale noastre. Lui ii plac ca sunt dulci acrisoare la gust, mie imi plac ca nu contin zahar si sotului meu ii plac pentru ca e ceva nou. Reteta e foate simpla si ai nevoie de...

Ingrediente: - 200 g sfecla - 50 g nuci - 200 g visine - 2 oua - 110 g faina de grau - 2 banane bine coapte si pisate (sau 125 g zahar, sirop de artar, sirop de agave. Sa nu foflositi miere, pentru ca devine toxica la temperaturi mari) - 55 ml ulei - 7 g praf de copt Spal bine sfecla si o pun intr-o tava de copt, la cuptor, pentru aproximativ 45 de minute. Dupa ce s-a copt, o las sa se raceasca si apoi o curat de coaja. Intr-un robot pun nucile si sfecla, se mixeaza pana devine o pasta mai groasa. Separat intr-un bol se adauga ouale, bananele pisate, uleiul si se amesteca toate ingredientele. Tretat se adauga faina cu praful de copt si se amesteca bine pana la omogenizare. Acum in compozitie se pune pasta de sfecla cu nuci si se amescteca incet. Cand a inceput sa se coloreze aluatul se aduga visinile si se amesteca cu miscari line. Se toarna aluatul in fiecare forma de briosa si se coace la 180 de grade timp de 30 de minute.
